Replied:
Dear Arie,
Hello,
Thank you for your message!
Yes, absolutely — Suzhou offers several hands-on workshops in traditional Chinese crafts such as silk embroidery, bamboo weaving, porcelain painting, and glass art. These experiences are available in local art and craft museums, the Suzhou Silk Museum, and in some independent artisan studios around the city.
If you let us know your preferred craft and the date of your visit, we’d be happy to help you arrange a private or small-group workshop that lasts a few hours and includes expert guidance from local masters.
We look forward to helping you experience the beauty of Suzhou’s traditional craftsmanship up close!
